As for the Journalism Task the written response on photo ethics was due on April 12. It is now April 17 and it is still not done. You do have access to this blog from any computer so I am going ahead to do my marking even though you're not done.
As for your images, the first photo is nicely balanced, but it is not very interesting. There is no drama, it is just a friendly snapshot, not worthy of a news report.
The second photo is much better. You've caught an aggressive facial expression and hand gesture on Mr Valeriote and showing the candidate beside him makes it clear that it was an all candidate's meeting. This photo is a bit fuzzy, but the lighting is difficult in a gym and it is even harder if you are using the zoom lens. You could have cropped it tighter on the right to cut out the binder on the edge of the desk.
Focus on meeting the next deadline and having all the requirements done.
